The staff handled my towel request poorly.

Marvellous and beautiful location, I really enjoyed almost everything.

The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried freshly cooked dishes.

Hotel was clean, very very nice and welcoming staff.

The room was air-conditioned and the breakfast was nice, excellent service. This hotel was set in a central area so close to shopping district, the Great Valley business area, and good restaurants & shopping.

We had such a pleasant stay, as the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious, giving us a great base to explore nearby parks like Valley Creek Park and the historical Paoli Battlefield, both just a short drive from the hotel.

Multiple on-site dining options provided excellent traditional Greek dishes, and the indoor pool was kinda warm. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the staff's friendly service stood out, especially amidst a chaotic group . Noise levels were a concern due to other guests, and there weren't as many family-friendly amenities as I expected.

The room was clean and well-appointed. I loved the proximity to charming walking trails and nearby restaurants. Don't miss Fork and Bottle for a dinner treat! I can't wait to return for another nice experience.

We enjoyed the indoor pool after exploring local sights. The kids loved the warm water, and the attentive staff made everything smooth. The room was spacious and cozy.

My kids wished the hot tub was in better shape.

The room was spacious and very comfy! I loved that the beds were super comfortable. There were a good number of outlets for charging, always a win. The water got hot quickly, so no waiting around for that. It really had everything two people could need for a short stay.

Spacious and well-designed suites.

The bathroom had no ventilation. The pool area was overly chlorinated, causing irritation. The hot tub jets were not functioning, very disappointing for my family's evening plans.

Everything from the comfortable beds to the lovely staff exceeded my expectations during this holiday. I really enjoyed the variety of dining options available.

Tv didn't work .

The friendly staff, and the accessibility of my room was perfect. Though the shower leaked a bit, the overall experience was good, especially with the lovely outside patio restaurant.

Amazing wedding venue with great food!

Just had our wedding at the hotel and omg, it was fantastic! Kev helped us with every tiny detail, and the food was to die for, even for our picky veggie friends. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The only bummer? The room could've used a little updating.

Fantastic Stay with Cozy Dining Options

Our group enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The staff were really nice. We loved the brunch at the restaurant-don't miss the craft cocktails! The only downside was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

I booked a spacious room with comfy beds, modern bathrooms, and a fridge; the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and approachable.
